When someone says I’m a Vegan or Vegetarian, what involves thoughts first? Let me guess, an individual that doesn’t eat meat right? Properly, a part of that is true but there are different types of Vegetarians, resembling Lacto-Ovo Vegetarians, Vegans, and Macrobiotic diets.
